Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange adopts membership system. All units with legal person status, acknowledging SUAEE's membership administrative methods, can apply for membership. Qualified applicants will be approved by SUAEE.

Rights of members:

• Acquire transaction information;
  
  
• Carry out agency business;
  
  
• Business inquiry and consultation;
  
  
• Business training ;
  
  
• Transfer of membership qualification.

Obligations of members :

• Carry out transaction in SUAEE legally;
  
  
• Abide by related regulations;
  
  
• Accept supervision and administration;
  
  
• Pay membership fee timely.
