工业废水由储水罐运到Elcon公司后，进入处理过程。整个过程连续进行，大约持续2个小时，处理后形成固体渣及可循环利用的水。

Company Summary
Elcon Recycling Center Ltd. is the only plant in Israel with complete Zero Liquid Discharge capabilities, recycling all wastewater entering the plant with full recycling capability, achieving distilled quality water for re-use. Elcon provides the treatment services at its plant near Haifa, on a daily basis throughout the country, 24 hours per day. Elcon Started offering its services to the industry in late 2004.
Market
Elcon provides its services to industrial facilities not equipped with their own treatment plants or those preferring outsourcing these services.
Technologies
The industrial wastewater treated at Elcon; contain a very wide variety of pollutants and hazardous materials originating from the many industries served by the company. The wastewater undergoes a series of treatment processes including a final distillation step, thus all the water is recycled and re-used for industrial applications.
Physical-chemical treatment including neutralization, oxidation and reduction, followed by solids and metal oxides precipitation.
. Solids removal by filtration, solidification and drying of sludge.
. Stripping of light organic materials in a distillation column.
. Water distillation from brine, and re-use.

Advantages
Industries served by Elcon: metal forming and finishing, galvanizing, semiconductors and printed circuit boards, chemicals, fine chemicals, detergents, paints and dyes, pharmaceutical, cosmetics…etc.
Raw industrial wastewater arrives from the client's holding tank to Elcon's receiving tank, and directly to the process. The entire process is continuous and lasts about two hours from the point of entry of the raw wastewater to the point of discharge, where solid dry sludge for land disposal and distilled water for re-use are discharged.

Elcon hopes to find local partners who know the Chinese market and jointly provide services to Chinese companies.
